Ezewarm Returns Policy
The quality of all Ezewarm products is second to none. We provide a lifetime no quibble warranty on our heating products and 3 year warranty on all of our thermostats and controls. We are confident in the quality of Ezewarm products, however we understand that there are times when it may be necessary to request a return.
Items returned from retailers to Ezewarm will be considered for credit in accordance with the following guidance:
• Returns should be notified to Ezewarm prior to sending.
• All returns will be subject to testing.
• Items may be subject to a restocking charge.
• Dependent on results of testing, credits may be issued for current products.
Credit will be issued as follows:
– Manufacturing fault – Full Credit.
– Working and reusable condition – Credit subject to Re-stocking charge.
– No manufacturing fault and non reusable condition – No Credit.
Restocking Charges may be necessary and will be the higher of:
– 20% of the invoice value of the goods or
No Restocking charge will be applied if the debit note is accompanied by a new order of at least the same value as the return.
